Accepted methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on your device, destination, currency, and the payment services enabled for the store.

Authorization and charges

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. A provider may place an authorization hold before the charge is finalized.

Currency, taxes, and fees

Checkout shows the transaction currency and the amounts charged by the store, including applicable taxes and shipping. Your bank or payment provider may separately apply conversion or other fees under its own terms.

Security and verification

Payments are processed through Shopify and participating payment providers. We may request verification, decline, or cancel an order when required to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, legal restrictions, or a payment failure.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment fails, confirm the billing information and contact your provider or try another method shown at checkout. Pending authorizations are controlled by the provider and may disappear automatically. Contact us with the order number if you believe the store captured a duplicate payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. Posting times are controlled by the payment provider. See the Refund Policy for eligibility.
